CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 or 3 c. cooked chicken, cut into chunks
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. frozen peas, partially cooked
2 c. macaroni, uncooked
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Stir all ingredients together. Put in greased casserole dish and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let sit 5 minutes; serve hot.
