MA BAGGETT'S RELISH 
12 ears corn
12 sweet peppers
12 onions
12 ripe tomatoes
12 green tomatoes
1 pt. jar mustard
Hot pepper
Sugar
Vinegar

Grind together sweet pepper, onions, green tomatoes, hot pepper (to suit taste). Let stand overnight in 1/2 cup salt water. Next morning put ingredients into a sack and pour water over them, until all the green is gone. Then squeeze out the remaining water. Cook corn a little while (off cob) before adding other ingredients. Then add ripe tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Cook until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into jars and seal.
