STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
8 chopped yellow squash
4 chopped zucchini
2 lg. chopped onions
1 lg. chopped bell peppers

Melt 1 stick of butter in large Teflon skillet. Add vegetables. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings, salt, pepper, lemon pepper and soy sauce to taste.

Option: You may add any other preferable vegetables.

Option: Chop precooked meat and add just before vegetables are done.
