BAKED SWISS CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. half and half
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter

Wash and cook cauliflowerettes 10 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain and place cauliflower in greased casserole.

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, half and half, egg yolks, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour over cauliflower. Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6-8.
