LATTICE TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed, drained well
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions
1 c. biscuit mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken and vegetables, plus 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spread mixture into greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mixture to form a lattice design. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions and bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are lightly browned.
