BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER BAKE 
10 oz. broccoli
10 oz. cauliflower
(Above can be fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 egg
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables until tender. Mix in onion. Put in casserole dish. Mix other ingredients. Pour over top. Sprinkle on crackers.
