1 lg. head cauliflower
8-10 spears broccoli or 1 box frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Cook cauliflower and broccoli until tender; drain. Heat soups and Cheez Whiz. Mix with vegetables. Put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
