ICING FOR CHERRY NUT POUND CAKE | |
3 oz. cream cheese 2 c. confectioners' sugar 5 oz. cherries, drained 1 tsp. almond flavoring 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped 1/2 c. coconut (optional) Cream butter and cream cheese together, gradually add sugar. Beat until smooth. Add flavoring; blend well. Fold in nuts and cherries. Spread on cool cake. |
