TACO SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 med.-size onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (6-8 oz.) can green chile salsa
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

Brown meat. Add onion. Saute until tender; drain fat. Add rest of ingredients and heat through. Serve with grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. (Recipe can be made ahead. Can be doubled.)
