2 lbs. stew beef
1 c. ginger ale
1 1/2 packs Lipton dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients and place in 2 quart covered casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
