NO PEEK STEW 
Stew meat or roast, cut to bite size pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water or red wine
1 can of mushrooms, drained (optional)

Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with Pam. Spread meat evenly in dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Add the can of cream of mushroom soup. Add enough water to barely cover meat.

Use 1 can of mushrooms if desired. Cover with foil or lid and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Stir mixture the last 30 minutes 1 time.
