PEEK A BOO STEW | |
2 lbs. cubed stew meat 4-5 raw potatoes, cubed 6 diced raw carrots 2 stalks celery, diced 1 onion, chopped 3 tbsp. minute tapioca 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 c. V-8 juice (can use tomato) Put meat in a 9"x13" baking pan. On top of meat place potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle over contents. Pour V-8 juice over all. Seal with foil and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees. |
