NO PEEK STEW 
2-2 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut into pieces
6 med. potatoes
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 env. onion soup
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 onions
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Place beef cubes in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle onion soup over, glob celery and mushroom soups over, quarter potatoes, carrots, onions and celery, drizzle over Kitchen Bouquet and add water. Cover with foil tight. Place in oven and don't peek for 5 hours at 300 degrees.
