CHILI 
3 lbs. chili meat
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper

Work above ingredients together until all flour is worked into the meat.

2 tbsp. oil in 4 qt. pot

Add meat mixture - saute slowly so the meat will cook thoroughly, but not too brown.

3 med. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped garlic

Let cook together until the onion and garlic are soft.

1 1/2 qts. hot water, let simmer 1 hour

4 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. cumin (powdered)
4 tbsp. chili powder (Moxene)
4 tbsp. chili powder (Mortons)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Simmer about 1 hour - stirring often. Add additional seasoning to taste. When reheating, do not add water.
