CHERRY COFFEECAKE 
3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
Juice of 1 orange (1/4 c. orange juice)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 can cherry pie filling

Slightly oil baking pan (9 x 13). In mixing bowl mix eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice and vanilla together until well blended. Add to mixture, flour sifted with baking powder. With a spoon, spread 1/2 of batter on bottom of pan. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
