OVEN BAKED PORK TENDERLOIN 
8-10 tenderloins (or 4-5 butterfly tenderloins)
1 egg
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, sliced
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
Oregano

Beat egg. Dip tenderloins in egg, then cover with bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until lightly brown in both sides. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Put onion, mushrooms, and green pepper over pork. Mix together the water and bouillon cubes over low heat. Pour over pork. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Just tried this but without the mushrooms because I am not a big fan of them and without oregano and it came out great!! I Cooked a 2lb pork loin and it came out so juicy. Whole family loved it. Will be making this again :)

So yummy & juicy! My pork usually ends up dry if left up to me to figure out. I only used the ingredients I had on hand which meant no green peppers, fresh onion, or mushrooms... So sad! But really not missed too much! I also didn't have bouillon cubes, instead I used one Lipton Onion Soup packet (which has dried onion) and kids loooooved it. They didn't even complain about the onions!! Win!!
