ZIPPY SPRING SALAD | |
1 can #2 crushed pineapples or fruit cocktail 2 pkg. 93 oz.) lime Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 c. mayonnaise 2 c. chopped nuts 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 pkg. cream cheese cubes Drain fruit, reserving syrup. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool slightly. Stir in reserving syrup, mayonnaise and cheese cubes. Chill until partially set. Stir in fruit and pecans; blend well. Prepare dessert topping by package directions. Fold into mixture. Pour into 8 x 12 x 2 inch pan, chill until firm. |
