1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 lb. Velvetta cheese
1 loaf Bridge rye bread

Saute' sausage, when done drain off grease. Melt cheese in a pan. Combine cheese and sausage and spread on bread. Before serving, place under broiler until lightly brown.
