ALMOND FUDGE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/3 c. chopped almonds

In a saucepan, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Stir in almond extract. Add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate pieces and almonds. Spread in greased 8"x8"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
