1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. nuts (optional)

Combine the first 3 ingredients. Put 1/2 dough in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. In saucepan over low heat melt the rest of the ingredients and pour over the dough in pan. Top with remaining dough mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
