FUDGE FILLED BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 lg. eggs or 3 sm. ones
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Combine first 3 ingredients to form dough. Press 2/3 in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Melt chocolate chips. Add milk and butter; don't cook. Spread over dough and drop remaining 1/3 dough. Mix by spoonful over melted chocolate mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
