GRAHAM STREUSEL CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 28 squares)
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. yellow, devils food, German chocolate, lemon or spice cake
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Mix cracker crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter; reserve.

Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, until moistened. Beat on medium 2 minutes.

Pour about 2 1/3 cups batter into pan; sprinkle about 2 cups reserved crumb mixture on top. Pour remaining batter into pan; sprinkle with the rest of crumbs. Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly, 45-50 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with glaze.

POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. water

Mix. Stir in additional water 1 teaspoon at a time, until smooth and desired consistency.
