GRAHAM-STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham crackers (21 crackers)
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
1 12 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow or white cake mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil or butter
3 eggs

POWDERED SUGAR ICING:

1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Enough water until of drizzling consistency

For streusel: combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, cooking oil, and eggs. Beat on low speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour half of batter into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with half of streusel.

Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel; sprinkle with remaining streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean; cool slightly. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
