CREAMY CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. German sweet chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow creme
2 c. nut meats

Boil first 4 ingredients for 9 minutes (medium heat). Add next 4 ingredients. Beat until chocolate is melted and well blended. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Let cool before cutting into squares. Store in airtight container. Yield: 3 1/2-4 pounds.
