CREAMY CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1 tall can evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
12 oz. German sweet chocolate
1 pt. (2 jars) marshmallow cream
2 c. nuts

Combine first 4 ingredients and boil 6 minutes. Put in large bowl the remaining ingredients. Pour boiling syrup over ingredients in bowl; beat until chocolate is all melted, pour in pan. Let stand a few hours before cutting. Makes about 4 pounds. Best if stored in tin.
