GINGER ALE FRUIT SALAD 
2 tbsp. gelatin, 2 envelopes
4 tbsp. water
1/2 c. boiling fruit juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pt. ginger ale
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar

Soak gelatin in cold water. Dissolve it in boiling fruit juice, add sugar, salt and ginger ale and lemon juice and chill until jelly nearly sets.

1 can seedless Royal Anne cherries
1 orange in skinned sections (or 1 can mandarin)
1 grapefruit in skinned sections (or 1 can)
6 cut up slices of pineapple (or 1 can chunks)

Place salad in wet mold and chill, serve on lettuce with mayonnaise if wished.
