SWEET POTATO PIE 
1 lg. can yams, drained
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. milk

In large pan combine all ingredients; mash and mix well. Pour into 9-inch square baking pan or other suitable baking container.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Combine topping ingredients; mix well. Save walnuts. Spread topping over yam mixture and sprinkle walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes. Serve.
