1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
2 boxes 4X powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 3/4 stick butter
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cheese over low heat. Mix sugar and cocoa. Add to cheese mixture. Add nuts. Pour into square pan. (May be sprayed with Pam, let stand 1 hour before cutting.)
