1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. cocoa
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts

Melt butter and cheese together. Sift sugar and cocoa into butter and cheese. Add vanilla and walnuts. Stir until mixed well. Put in buttered 15x10x1 inch pan and pat down; will be stiff.
