1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. nuts

Melt cheese and butter together. Add vanilla. Sift sugar and cocoa together thoroughly. Add nuts and mix. Pour into melted mixture, stirring until well blended. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Let cool and harden. Cut into 1 inch squares. Yields approximately 100 squares.
