INDIVIDUAL CHEESE PRETZELS 
1/2 tsp. yeast
3 tbsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Beaten egg
Coarse ground salt

Sprinkle yeast in warm water. Stir to dissolve. Add sugar, flour and grated cheese. Stir and then knead until smooth. Cut into 4 pieces. Roll into worm shape. Shape like pretzels. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt.

Bake on cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
