SWEET AND SOUR SPARERIBS 
2 lbs. spareribs, cut in 3 inch lengths
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. salt

Combine sugar and pineapple juice, pour over salted spareribs and bake at 300 degrees until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Use same recipe for sweet-sour duck and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
