SWEET & SOUR SPARERIBS 
2 lb. spareribs or pork back
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 - 3 drops red pepper sauce

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste.
