SWEET - SOUR SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. spareribs
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. cooking sherry
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 garlic, chopped
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits and syrup

Place ribs in roasting pan. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Drain fat. Mix remaining ingredients and let stand while ribs cook. Pour over ribs. Bake 45 to 50 minutes longer. Baste to coat ribs.
