STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
5 lbs. sugar (10 1/2 c.)
2 bags whole strawberries (20 oz. size)
4 (10 oz.) boxes strawberries
2 boxes Sure Jell or Jelleze

Thaw strawberries, put in pot, let it come to a light boil. Sprinkle Sure Jell slowly. Stir constantly until it comes to a full boil. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let it come to a full boil that can't be stirred down. Then cook for 3 more minutes, skim off foam. Pour in jars.
