BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tsp. melted butter
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 tsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained

Blend together butter, flour and cheese over low heat. Add milk and stir until boiling. Combine broccoli and sauce in 1-quart casserole and cover top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 6-8.
