BAKED CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking wine
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Place chicken in foil-lined roasting pan. Pour mushroom soup over chicken. Combine milk and wine; pour over chicken. Sprinkle soup mix over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours.
