EASY CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKE 
3 lb. frying chicken cut up or quartered
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Arrange chicken pieces in 13x9 inch pan. In medium mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until tender. Serve mushroom mixture as gravy with potatoes if desired. Yield 4-5 servings.

Variation: Sherry Baked - stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup cooking sherry with mushroom soup, omitting milk.
