CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKE 
3 broiler fryer chickens, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms or 2 (4 oz.) cans stems and pieces
1 lg. onion, cut up
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. tarragon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Use mushroom liquid for part of water. Bake about 1 1/2 hours.
