SO - EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT
BUTTER COOKIES
 
1 container ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 egg

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Reserve 1/3 cup of the frosting. In large bowl, combine remaining frosting, peanut butter and egg; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. By hand, stir in flour. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Flatten each into 2 inch circle with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 375 degrees for 4-7 minutes or until set. Do Not Overbake. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely. Lightly frost with reserved 1/3 cup frosting. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
