SO EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
1 container Pillsbury ready to spread frosting supreme chocolate fudge frosting
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Reserve 1/3 cup frosting. In a large bowl, combine remaining frosting, peanut butter and egg; blend well.

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. By hand, stir in flour. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Flatten each into a 2 inch circle with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 375 degrees for 4-7 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely. Lightly frost with reserved frosting. 4 dozen cookies.
