BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 bunch broccoli, chopped, cooked & drained
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Melt butter. Add celery and onion. Simmer until tender, but not brown. Heat soups and cheese together until melted. Mix everything together. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can top with buttered crumbs.
