BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 can chicken or mushroom soup (undiluted)
2/3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Salt & pepper

Saute onion and celery in 3 tablespoons butter. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer until thickened. Add rice and put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until it begins to bubble (about 30-40 minutes). Will freeze.
