BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. instant rice
1/3 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta (save some for top)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Mix cheese, both soups and milk, heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish and add remaining cheese to top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
