CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 stick butter
1 c. broccoli pieces
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. onion
1 jar (8 oz.) cheese whiz
1/2 c. celery

Cook onions and celery in butter until blanched. Add all other ingredients. Stir until smooth. Turn into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
