BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 c. cheese
2 (22 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. diced water chestnuts
2 1/2 c. cooked rice

In a saucepan melt butter and add celery and onions. Saute, add soup and milk, mix thoroughly. Add cheese and mix well. Add rice and mix well. Add broccoli (just so it isn't frozen). Add water chestnuts mix well. Put in a large 9 x 13 buttered casserole. Bake uncovered 50 minutes. Makes 16 to 20 servings. Important: be sure broccoli doesn't have to much liquid in it.
