BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and well drained
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. onion (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Mix cornbread mix with melted butter, broccoli, cottage cheese and onion. Add beaten eggs last. Pour in pan and bake 30-35 minutes until edges are golden brown.
