BROCCOLI CHEESE CORNBREAD 
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained well

Beat eggs slightly. Stir in cottage cheese and melted butter. Stir in cornbread mix, until well moistened. Add broccoli and cheese. Bake in greased skillet approximately 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
