3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. nuts
4 c. shredded zucchini

Put in muffin tins and bake 30 minutes or put in bread loaf pan and bake 1 hour. Grease and flour pans.
