PORK CHOP CACCIATORE 
6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 onion, med.
1 env. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 green pepper

In skillet, brown pork chops, on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. Top each chop with a thin onion slice.

Combine spaghetti sauce mix, canned tomatoes and brown sugar. Pour over chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; top each chop with green pepper ring. Bake 15 minutes. Serves 6.
